Over 21 days, we’ll combine the power of Pilates and strength training to build resilience, energy, and confidence from the inside out. This is your chance to step into the new season feeling consistent, empowered, and unstoppable.

We designed the Strongest You Challenge to run for 21 days because it’s the sweet spot for creating real, lasting change.
Research on habit formation shows that three consistent weeks is long enough for new behaviours to start feeling natural and automatic — yet short enough to keep you focused and motivated without overwhelm.
By committing to 21 days of movement, you’ll build momentum, strengthen your discipline, and prove to yourself that you can show up consistently. Most importantly, you’ll lay the foundation for healthy habits that support your body and mind well beyond the challenge itself.

To make the Strongest You Challenge truly accessible, we’ve created two tailored paths: one designed for those ready to push themselves at an advanced level, and another thoughtfully adapted to be pre- and postnatal friendly.
Wherever you’re starting from, you’ll be supported and challenged in a way that feels right for your body. Whether you’re rebuilding strength, navigating a new stage of life, or aiming to take your training to the next level — this challenge is designed to help you feel included, empowered, and unstoppable.

We’re thrilled to welcome Sarah Lindsay to the Strongest You Challenge. A three-time Olympian, European gold medalist, two-time world silver medalist, and ten-time British speed skating champion, Sarah has competed — and succeeded — at the very highest level.
Since retiring from competition in 2010, Sarah has dedicated herself to coaching and is the founder of ROAR Fitness, one of the UK’s most respected strength-focused training destinations.
Now, she’s bringing her world-class expertise directly to you. Over 21 days, Sarah will lead dynamic strength sessions designed to build resilience, muscle, and confidence. Alongside her, Bryony will guide you through transformative Pilates classes to strengthen your core, improve mobility, and deepen your mind-body connection.
Together, this powerful blend of strength and Pilates will leave you feeling energised, sculpted, and ready to step into the strongest version of yourself.
EQUIPMENT
What you’ll need for the challenge - Always optional
For the Strongest You Challenge, you’ll only need some basic Pilates equipment — and even that is completely optional.
Throughout her sessions, Bryony will be using a resistance band, ankle weights, hand weights, a Pilates ring, and a small ball. For the strength workouts, you’ll also need a pair of dumbbells; Bryony will be using 5kg, but you can choose whatever weight feels right for you.
Remember, all equipment is optional. The challenge is designed to be accessible and adaptable, so you can tailor the intensity to your body, your goals, and your space.

The challenge include 21 classes ranging from 20 to 45 minutes - all designed to be efficient, dynamic, and easy to fit around your schedule. You’ll also have two recovery days each week, with tailored wellness sessions to support your body, calm your nervous system, and help you stay consistent throughout the challenge.

No worries, you can catch up anytime on the app. The classes will be available on-demand and all live sessions are recorded on the app, so you can move at your own pace. If the timings don’t quite work for you, consider the schedule a guide. We understand sometimes things may need to move around!

Absolutely. Bryony offers modifications in every class, so whether you’re new to Pilates or more advanced, you’ll be able to move confidently and build strength at your own level.
As a Member, you can always revisit our Beginner series and Masterclasses to continue to build up confidence.

Yes - all classes will remain on the app, so you can revisit them anytime or even repeat the challenge whenever you like.
