This 45-minute spicy full body session is designed to challenge and energise you from head to toe. Using hand weights and the ball, we’ll add intensity, control, and deeper muscular engagement throughout. But don’t worry if you don’t have equipment, this class can absolutely be done without it, or you can easily substitute in household items like water bottles for weights, and a cushion in place of the ball. The focus is on moving your body in a way that works for you.

The class starts promptly at 6:30am BST on Tuesday 20th May and will run for 45 minutes. We recommend joining a few minutes early to settle in and prepare your space.

This class will make use of a Pilates ball and hand weights. If you don’t have equipment, don’t worry, the class will include clear modifications so you can still experience the full benefits using just your bodyweight. For beginners, we recommend starting with no equipment as you focus on alignment, control, and core engagement. As always, listen to your body and choose the variation that best supports your practice.

Founder of Pilates by Bryony and certified Pilates teacher, Bryony Basse created her method after a serious accident led her to discover the power of intelligent movement. What began as a path to recovery quickly became a lifelong passion and a mission to help others move with purpose, strength, and presence.
Her approach blends classical Pilates with a modern mindset: thoughtful, efficient, and designed to create lasting results. Bryony’s teaching is rooted in alignment, control, and core connection, delivered with warmth, care, and a deep understanding of how movement can support the body.
Bryony believes movement should be a way to care for your body, not a way to punish it. With her grounded energy and motivating presence, she inspires anyone to show up for themselves with kindness, consistency, and purpose. Her method is about feeling strong, clear, and confident - both on and off the mat.
