Transform 6 invites you to push past your limits and reconnect with your body through the power of Pilates. Each week, we’ll leverage Pilates principles while drawing inspiration from the agility, endurance, and power found in various sports. Whether it’s the dynamic movement of a tennis player or the explosive strength of a boxer, each week will challenge you in new ways. Pilates will remain the foundation of every session, allowing you to develop strength, flexibility and stability with every move.

The Transform 6 schedule is intelligently designed to challenge and elevate your practice across six transformative weeks. Rooted in the classical principles of Pilates and refined through Bryony’s signature method, each week focuses on a different theme, allowing you to train with variety while building long-term strength and precision.

This is not just about physical change; it’s about refining your form, deepening your connection to movement, and showing up consistently for yourself. Every class is on demand, making it easy to stay on track and create real results, no matter your schedule.

  • Each week of Transform 6 includes five classes ranging from 15 to 45 minutes - all designed to be efficient, dynamic, and easy to fit around your schedule. You’ll also have two recovery days each week, with tailored wellness sessions to support your body, calm your nervous system, and help you stay consistent throughout the challenge.

  • In Transform 6, all classes are designed to be effective with or without equipment. Throughout the six weeks, you’ll see a variety of pieces used - including hand/ankle weights, resistance bands, the ball and the ring - to add challenge, support, and variety to your movement. If you don’t have equipment, don’t worry every class includes clear modifications so you can still experience the full benefits using just your bodyweight. For beginners, we recommend starting with no equipment as you focus on alignment, control, and core engagement. As we progress through the six weeks, you’ll be able to introduce this. As always, listen to your body and choose the variation that best supports your practice.

  • No worries, you can catch up anytime on the app. The classes will be available on-demand and all live sessions are recorded on the app, so you can move at your own pace. If the timings don’t quite work for you, consider the schedule a guide. We understand sometimes things may need to move around!

  • Absolutely. Bryony offers modifications in every class, so whether you’re new to Pilates or more advanced, you’ll be able to move confidently and build strength at your own level.

    As a Member, you can always revisit our Beginner series and Masterclasses to continue to build up confidence.

  • Transform 6 is available exclusively on the Pilates by Bryony app. Just head to the Challenges section to find each of the classes and get started.

  • Yes - all classes will remain on the app, so you can revisit them anytime or even repeat the challenge whenever you like.

    We recommend saving your favourites to ‘Your List’ so you can easily remember your favourites from the challenge.
