The Schedule

4 LIVE classes, 4 NEW classes, 2 wellness additions.

The Hot Cross Core schedule is curated to activate your core while engaging the entire body, offering a balanced approach to strengthening and toning. Each class is designed to build on the previous one, allowing you to feel the power of consistent movement over the 10 days. With sessions ranging from 15 to 45 minutes, you’ll find the perfect length to fit your day, whether you’re short on time or ready for a more intense workout. From quick, targeted core burners to full-body flows, this schedule ensures you’ll experience a stronger, more stable body.

Start with Hot Cross Core

I’m SO excited for this next challenge!! It’s the perfect way to shake off that winter hibernation feeling and step into the fresh energy of spring. I’ve designed Hot Cross Core to leave you feeling strong, connected, and energised.

We’re diving into movements that will truly get that core fired up, and we’re going to feel so good for it. We had so much fun filming this challenge and I can’t wait for you to see more!

  • Each class is between 15-45 minutes, making it easy to fit into your day while still giving you sustainable results. The schedule has been carefully curated with varied classes to activate different parts of the body, alongside your core, with all-important recovery time factored in.

  • No worries, you can catch up anytime on the app. The classes will be available on-demand, so you can move at your own pace. Each live class is also recorded and added to the app if the timings don’t quite work for you. The schedule is a guide, but we understand sometimes things may need to move around!

  • Absolutely. Bryony offers modifications throughout, so whether you’re new to Pilates or more advanced, you’ll be able to move confidently and build strength at your own level.

  • Hot Cross Core is available exclusively on the Pilates by Bryony app. Just head to the Challenges section to find each of the classes and get started.

  • Yes - all classes will remain on the app, so you can revisit them anytime or even repeat the challenge whenever you like.
